Above and Beyond — Truly Amazing People I cannot say enough wonderful things about this dental office. We were visiting Las Vegas from out of state when my daughter suddenly developed terrible tooth pain. Not knowing where to turn, we happened to see this dental office while driving by and decided to stop and ask for help. They were extremely busy and had no appointments available, but the moment they saw how much pain my daughter was in, they moved mountains to get her seen. They could have easily told us they were booked and sent us somewhere else — but they didn’t. They showed us compassion, kindness, and genuine concern when we needed it most. From the gentleman at the front desk (I am so sorry I didn’t catch your name!), to Cindy, Vicki, and Dr. Dennis, every single person we encountered was absolutely amazing. They treated my daughter with such care and treated us like we mattered, even though we were complete strangers from out of town who had simply walked through their door. This was so much more than great customer service. This was amazing human service. There is a difference, and this team is the perfect example of it. When your child is hurting and you’re far from home, having people go out of their way to help means more than I can put into words. I will never forget the kindness they showed my daughter and me that day. If you are lucky enough to live near this dental office, this is where you want to go. You won’t just be getting dental care — you’ll be cared for by genuinely wonderful people. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for taking care of my daughter when we needed someone. ❤️
